I have taken a new TVS XL Super 3 days back in Venkateswara Motors, Vadavalli, Coimbatore, and my kicker has completely worned out. The nurling has worn out, have given for the replacement of the nurling. TVS needs to improve on the quality of the vechile which they deliver. If TVS is not focusing on the quality of their products, they are going to be a huge loss in the Automobile market. Moreover, the dealers and authorised workshops they should stop the cheating buy su*king the petrol and draining the tank empty.
This is rediclous. I may be small customer to TVS, buy getting a low end vechile, but still if all these things are improved, then TVS can survive in the market. One thing in mind, even though TVS Excel Super may me the largest selling vechile, all the village people uses this one and very less city riders uses this. TVS needs to improve on this.
