Oasis - Oh oh oh, I;ve had Oasis lonely planet moments. I was flying over some desert and I had my ears plugged into my ipod which was playing oasis and I felt like Roald Dahl when he first went to the MIddle East in the 60’s to deal with oil. They;re so Brit adventurous.
Abba - There are people walking around in this world who havent heard of Abba. That almost defeats the purpose of living.
Nirvana - Why of all the people in the world did Kurt Cobain have to commit suicide? I mean its people like Justin Timberlake or Miley Cyrus or Michael Learns to Rock who should.

New People:
MGMT - If only they didnt have such weird names. This is the new Arctic Monkeys. Everyone I influenced to like Arctic Monkeys, hear MGMT.
Arctic Monkeys - I liked them 3 years ago, I like them now. I like them when they make music, I like them when they don’t. I love it when I can actually understand his Yorkshire accent, I love it when I can’t.
Coldplay - Parachutes is like a lazy Sunday afternoon when you’ve gone on a picnic and its raining.
Viva la Vida is like going to Oxford and studying history with the new Chris Martin as your batchmate
The Kooks - They’re British, sing with an incomprehensible accent and they’re indie.’Nuff said.
Red Hot Chili Peppers - I do not understand why Anthony Kiedis does what he does. I love how you pronounce the Frusciante in the guitarists name.
Snow Patrol - They’re badly underrated. My whole life, I’ve only seen one person wearing a Snow Patrol T-shirt.
Yeah Yeah Yeahs - Do not make fun of their name. They’re not named after the part in She Loves You where John and Paul go yeah yeah yeah. They’re New York indie.
Wolfmother - Its like a cult.
Tokyo Police Club - Do not make fun of their name. All indie bands have funny names. They do not make police sounding or Japanese sounding music.
I know I’ve missed out Linkin Park, Kaiser Chiefs, Incubus and loads of others but they’re just not in the same league
