It is a difficult job to select only 20 songs of Rafi. But with due respect to all the music directors, I have selected the songs composed by Laxmikant-Pyarelal for Mohammad Rafi.
Rafi has sung with all the major music directors but I feel Laxmikant-Pyarelal have exposed him maximum, even when Kishor Kumar was on top, when most of the mds forgotten Rafi but LP regularly used him. I FEEL RAFI-LP COMBINATION HAVE GIVEN SOME OF THE BEST SONGS IN HINDI FILM MUSIC.
I have divided the songs in the two categories the first is solo and another is duet.
