Mukesh, despite being in the shadow of Rafi & Kishore during much of his career, was a talented singer in his own right. Although he was a versatile singer, he was primarily known for his sad songs & romantic duets(usually with Lata). Im a huge fan of the latter(which will probably reflect in my list). So here they are, in no particular order:
*Jaane Na Nazar(Aah, 1953)
*A beautiful duet with Lata, with truly romantic https://lyrics.
*Sawan Ka Mahina(Milan, 1967)
*Another sweet duet with Lata.
Bade Armaanon Se(Malhar, 1951)
Very romantic duet, again with Lata
Ek Pyar Ka Nagma Hai(Shor, 1972)
Once again. Mukesh & Lata!
Kabhi Kabhi Mere Dil Mein(Kabhi Kabhi, 1976)
Very moving. one of the best songs to ever come out of Bollywood.
*Mera Joota Hai Japani(Shree 420, 1955)
*Classic hit & probably the first song(besides Kabhi Kabhi) that
comes to mind when you hear Mukeshs name.
*Dil Ki Nazar Se(Anari, 1959)
*I dont know about you, but I never get tired of the Mukesh/Lata combination:)
Dum Dum Diga Diga(Chhalia, 1960)
Fast-paced, upbeat romantic solo.
Dil Tadap Tadap Ke(Madhumati, 1958)
Ahh. what a beautiful song(again with Lata). I was born about 40 years too late.
Ek Din Bik Jayega(Dharam Karam, 1975)
The last Mukesh song that Raj Kapoor performed to.
*Jeena Yahan, Marna Yahan
& Jane Kahan Gaye Woh Din(Mera Naam Joker, 1970)*
Jhoom Jhoom Ke Nacho Aaj(Andaz, 1949)
Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega & O Mere Sanam(Sangam, 1964)
Two great duets. with Lata, who else?
Saath Ho Tum(Kaanch Ki Gudiya, 1961)
A duet. with Asha! Beautiful song.
Phool Tumhe Bheja Hai(Saraswati Chandra, 1968)
Yet another classic produced by the golden voices of Mukesh & Lata.
Yeh Kisne Geet Chheda(Meri Surat Teri Aankhen, 1961)
A light, hummable duet with Suman K.
Suhana Safar(Madhumati, 1958)
Another great song from Madhumati.
Maine Tere Liye(Anand, 1970)
