Part 1 of my experience
I took a course on market capital in Twenty19. I wish to share my experience with others so that they dont have to face the same.
The course was very very basic. I understand, it was made for beginners, so may be it should start with basics but it ends there. Even people who are not interested in capital markets would already know what they are going to say. No topic covered any detailed information. The introduction states, "Take the course and step into the world of capital markets." With what they teach its like jumping off a cliff without a parachute. I feel cheated.
A few videos with a guys voice-over end abruptly. The videos in the beginning with the ladys voice over has the noises of a baby crying in the background. Even the presentations are too basic with animations that a class 5 student would make. They should been recorded in a studio, at least.
I would recommend you to go through websites like Investopedia, com etc. A lot of stuff is explained there for free.
Part 2 of my experience
The follow-up action taken by their team, changed my perception of Twenty19. On the third day of posting feedback on their website the Founder and CEO, Mr.Karthikeyan Vijaykumar reached out to us, to understand the issue. He took notes of all the problems and prompt action was taken to rectify them. The audio quality of the videos is improved now. Also I was refunded the course fees in full within two business days. Its not everyday that one comes across a company that is concerned about its clients and responds in a satisfactory manner.
Just sharing my experience.
Peace!
PS Product rating are not true. I had to compulsorily input values to be able to post my review.
