Worst Service (Never Buy From Twin)

Firstly they made me pay 55k wherease my friend paid 45k. He purchased after a month of my purchase.


Secondly, The devises I received late.


Thirdly, They sent 1 CGM and asked me to purchase 2 aditional CGMs which I denied because that was not informed to me. (Each of the CGM was 5k, So they were asking me to spend another 10k in buying CGM).


Forthly, There Twin mobile application sucks. It wasn’t connecting to the CGM. Then the support person said that, My phone is not enabled NFC (This was not informed to me).


Fifthly, Lab person was suppose to come by 6am, He calls me at 7am and requests me to cancel the appointment for today as he has multiple other appointments. When I contacted Twinhealth, They said that they will check and get back but they never got back.


They will fool you saying that it’s a permanent treatment but, Actually it’s not. They are just running some stupid algorithm and making money by creating panic amongst the people.


Conclusion:

  • Pathetic Sales person with complete incorrect information. The sales person name was Prem Kumar.

  • Lab person who called me was Vinay Thambe, Not responsible at all.

  • Health Coach was good but she was just mouth peace of mobile application.

  • Additionally, I had to spend ₹4000 on food suppliments which was painful. Twin Health doesn’t give any food suppliments at all. (I paid 55k for what??? God knows.)

Overall, I would give a big zero to the company owner for his or her illogical pricing and his sales and service team.


Would strongly advice people not to go with such terrible company.
