I bet a lot of you would have watched this movie, either on Star Movies or in the theatre.. It’s a good watchable movie with lots of slapstick comedy. To begin with, an experiment to create the most perfect human in a lab. They have collected (U guess!) samples from distinguished people in all fields and walks of life (That includes the crooks too!). As the samples are mixed and implanted in Mary, she gets pregnant, however she gives birth to dissimilar Twins! The experiment is a failure and they shut down the lab and separate the twins. The huge baby is taken to a remote island and is bought up while the other baby is given away to an orphanage...
What happens when they grow up? That is what the movie is about. The big baby turns out to be Arnold Schwarzenegger (Actually it is pretty dumb for Arnold to play the intellectual with his physique! But that’s what the movie is about) and the small one Danny De Vito. As the scientist states in the movie, Julius is the smart, strong intellectual who is the good of all procreators. And Vincent is the waste. So full of shit!!! (He plays a conman in the movie) (Watch his expressions when he is told so by the scientist)
Anyways, the movie is about how Arnold teams up with his brother and locates his mother. Arnold rescues Vincent at each turn and sets his life in order. Vincent plays a conman who is in trouble throughout -- with the mafia loan sharks, the guys from whom he steals the car, and his girlfriend... And both end up finding the right girls for themselves. Recommended for watch with a date.

Trivia : When Julius visits Vincent in prison, Vincent calls him ’’Mr. Universe’’, a title that Arnold Schwarzenegger held for several years, 25 years previously.

Money was not available to pay the two main stars and the director their normal fees. They decided to split a percentage of the gross profits between the three of them and ended up making more than they would have made taking their fees upfront because the film was such a hit.
