U-571a white-knuckle World War II suspense drama about an American submarine crew’s battle against time-and their own fears-while carrying out a daring mission to capture a top-secret encrypting device from a Nazi U-boat. Jonathan Mostow has directed this film.

For all you action fans this film has a lot but you have to wait for about 1 hour before you see the scenes and they are good scenes but the crews just do not look the part. The object of the film is that groups of American are assigned to get a Germans code decoder and try to live to get it back to the Americans.
You want action scenes in the film but after a while they just get boring I am not saying this the worst film, but when you watch a film you want the film to run smoothly and not make people fall sleep in it. If you are looking for a good submarine movie check out The Hunt for Red October.
