It is my very bad experience in life regarding subject cited above. I went in show room on 1.11.19 to purchase a vehicle, after meet with customer hostage I confirmed to purchase a vehicle n I confirmed to corresponding finance from HDFC but at the last time when I desired to assembled by bike then staff of US agrawal agency deny to give the bike n said that your specified bike is not available, when I asked about branch manager mob no then staff said that it is not permitted to give the contract no., n any how when I found the contact no n I want to talk him he not pick the his mob. As above it seems that maximum staffs are irresponsible their job in US agrawal n defaming it’s name so it is needed it improve the customer hostage services n management by it’s owner at the earliest please.
