Friends, in case if you are looking out for a weekend destination in Mumbai. I would definitely recommend U-Tan Beach resort. Its located on the mountain with a beautiful view of the Arabian sea. So in case if you are looking out for a much needed weekend break its a great place. The best part is , its just 40 kms from Mumbai and there is absolutely no difficulty in finding this place , you can visit their website as well.The rooms are well maintained and the swimming pool is clean with less chlorine. The drawback is there is no sightseeing in this area and there is NO beach.
Hence one can stay here for a maximum of 2 days.The residential manager Mr.Krishna Raj is very humble and a true gentleman. He knows his job well and handles all the guests with extra care. The only thing I did not like was that in case if any food was ordered in the room there was a 20% service charge applicable.The overall experience was good and I enjoyed the stay.
