I have never and ever had any issues with the UBER cab services. They are the best in the industry.
The drivers are well mannered and they behave well. They never ever stress or never say a bad about anything. Very friendly people.
Quality is the best and main goal of UBER.
Recently in the month of December, I been to Club8 Begumpet. I booked UBER cab, the driver called me after 5 minutes and said, the vehicle has been broke down and I would get a call from the management about the arrangements.
I got a cab in 10 minutes and I reach home. I was drunk and don’t even remember that I boarded UBER cab. Next day, I tried booking another ride and I see that there was a deficit.
I send an email to the management. They told me that I used the cab last night thats the reason the amount is in deficit. I told them I didn’t use any. They immediately refunded me.
I am sorry UBER Management, it was my mistake that I forgot that I had a successful ride and told that I didn’t had any. Please deduct 220 from my account if you want or reach me out through email.
It’s good to be faithful with the faithful team.
