Today I am sharing my personal experience on uber cabs It has become the requirement of the people Before coming of uber xabs people have to go to taxi stand for booking which was difficult.Now uber cab has made journey easy .We can book cab by sitting at home. Our work is only to download uber on our smart phone.When we book the cab, it shows the name and contact number of the driver and also arrival time. Uber cab may be good for most of the persons but it’s not good for me.Last week I wanted to go to sector 7 panchkula from Kishangarh Chowk.The rate shown on my mobile was 89 rupees The driver came after five minutes.When I reached my destination, the driver showed me the rate on his mobile.To my great surprise, the rate was 135 rupees.I showed the rate on my mobile to driver.He told me that he doesn’t know.It may be due to error in computer.I asked him why I should pay for it.But he spoke rudely and said that the traveller has to pay it.I didn’t say anything and paid him. After two days I had to go to my job.I got late that’s why I had to go through cab.I booked a cab and rang up the driver.He told me that he is coming within three minutes.The arrival of the driver was also showing three minutes.I was checking the location of the driver.The driver was not coming His car was standing at one place.I again rang up him .He told me that he is coming.I was getting late for my job.Eight minutes were passed.Now I thought to cancel it.At that moment the driver called me and said that he is coming.When he reached I asked him the reason of late coming.He told me that he was taking tea. I reached late on that day due to late coming of driver.It was a bad experience of mine.
