Honestly when I first started using service of OLA Uber and TFS I loved it I loved it the way I would get cab if one app fails to arrange I would book from the other app but I would deftly get the cab within set time frame there were cases when drivers would reach late or get confused with directions or pick up and drop points but thats ok am sure we call can tolerate that to certain extent but after traveling dozen of times with each of these cabs I was shocked as I realized that these companies are making unnecessarily gigantic hole in my monthly traveling budget.
All these above mentioned companies offer you many schemes under which you are suppose to be charged less but that actually just a scam to keep the passengers attracted towards them the fact is OLA Uber and TFS charge you unreasonably .*the below charges cannot be justified and are illegal hence Delhi Govt and Delhi HC have actually imposed a ban on them
Following charges which Ola Uber are charging and are totally illegal and cuz of which they are facing ban: Increase in base fare during morning and evening time when most people travel for work and home by x 2x 3x and 4x(Multiplying it Surge charge Peak hour charge Ride Time Charge* and am really surprised despite the ban they are still operating on the roads providing diesel cars which not only looting us but also directly boosting the% of pollution .i also dont understand the work of Govt or Court .they want to curb pollution but at the same time they are letting OLA UBER TFS to run their 70, 000 diesel cabs .the fun part is all the drivers are not working exclusively with any taxi aggregator(except the govt approved taxi aggregator companies) they are attached with all these three companies which is why be it OLA or Uber or TFS none have any control over anyone of their driver but no need to be do disheartened as there are few companies in Delhi NCR like Ridz, Quikryde and ApnaCab who r charging as per govt rates which excludes all the hidden and unnecessary charges like surge charge, peak hour, and ride time charge .if u compare the total bill of all these companies you wud understand what am trying to explain here n might realize how foreign funded companies are unethically fooling us and Govt approved taxi aggregators playing a fair and ethical game .seriously guys travel with Govt approved lic. taxi aggregators instead of non licensed cabs and save ur hard earned money.
