I had a very bad experience recent times with Uber, I had an emergency and tried to book a cab to reach a hospital because I had an appointment with Dr. Whenever I book a cab the driver denies to come and in fact, I begged drivers please come I had to take my wife to the hospital and they still denied and said won’t be possible to come and one of driver said you go and complaint I don’t care. This is completely unacceptable, I’ve been using Uber for long but these kinds of customer experience lead to loss of customer and I booked Ola and reached hospital late.
