-Cab Condition:Good
-Cheaper than OLA is many cases.
-App: Bugs when it comes to location services
-Support: Horrible in every way.
The app has a problem where it shows many cabs in my location but prevents me from selecting a drop location near my place saying no service. Uber support never understood the issue.
Everything is fine until you contact support. Its a bunch of people with no reading skills at all. Contacted 3 times . 2 accounts locked out and no service or support from them. They have only email support and their executives are the dumbest I’ve seen ever. OLA executives are very professional and quickly resolve issues but UBER is a big minus.
A blind, deaf and mentally challenged person can help customers much better than uber executives.
Even after discussing with their twitter page it proved to be a disaster.
