.Even after a ride is booked, one is not sure whether the cab will arrive. yesterday, my wait time was shown as 11 minutes but the cab arrived after 20 minutes, on reaching he refused to go to the destination and cancelled the ride without assigning any reason. Had to take OLA cab after that!
