I have been using online taxi for more than 2 years but yesterday I have been going through a nightmare experience by using uber cabs.i booked a taxi from south delhi lajpat nagar to rohini from uber app.the driver took almost 30 minutes to reach me.and the behaviour of tour operator is of lowest quality.he don’t know how to talk to a customers.seriously I haven’t seen such a bad service in past year.his driving skill clearly shows he is un experience as well as his expertise in tour guide is nominal.talking about travel convenience, that’s isn’t present either.i don’t think why I prefer uber on ola.i reach my home at 10 pm by travelling up to 2 hrs.a worst experience.
