UBER? You cant complain against them.

Last thursday ie 21st of Jan 2016, I booked Uber cab from India Habitat Center to Paschim Vihar. The trip cost was Rs 165. I agreed and boarded the cab when it arrived. The Driver said that this was his last trip and so going to paschim vihar was out of way for him. So we agreed that he will drop me at nearest Metro station ie Jorbag. The driver closed the meter at Rs 60. And we parted ways. This is seen in the history of the Uber App. But the Ubse system is asking me for full fare of Rs 165/-.


Fun started now. I found that there is no option of complaint on Uber website. In the app, I took 15 minutes to findout a possibility to lodge complaint. The response was very funny    "Thanks for reaching out to us for help with your recent Uber issue. Feedback from your support interaction is important to help us improve your experience in the future.

I further explained the problem in the survey on 22nd of Jan and since then there is no response and my app still shows an outstanding of Rs 165.


Now, I have forwarded the complaint to Delhi Govt. Tpt Minister. Lets hope UBER listens to him. If you have any problem, please do write to Mr. Gopal Rai, Min Tpt Delhi Govt. He responds promptly.
