Uber Cabs is the good running taxi service in India but it is not so perfect like TaxiforSure because it doesn’t have any complaint number for emergency.
One day I took uber taxi for going to my friend’s room. I was expecting about Rs. 300/- but when the driver swiped the mobile screen for completing the ride it showed Rs. 760/-. I asked driver to call in company for making complaint but he clearly told me that he didn’t have any complaint number for this taxi service. Then I quickly searched on internet for complaint number but nothing got. Then I have to pay whole amount to driver.
After reaching home I made complaint online of this incident on the application of Uber. After that Uber took about 30 days to process my request and refunding my amount.
So according to me Uber taxi service is good but not perfect. Means I probably recommend this taxi service to any other.
