I was conned by your driver.
I booked a cab to send my daughter to the airport
at 12.01 and driver of the cab when called asked me if Iam paying by cash or Paytm.
I said I m paying by Paytm.
He pleaded with me by saying" please convert it to cash payments" as he doesnt have money to put diesel . For which I agreed and converted into cash payment mode.
but when my daughter boarded the car I found that he had cancelled the trip and asked us to pay Rs. 450 by cash. I told him the cash to be payed is only 437.
I tried to contact you through various phone numbers given in the website and to my surprise all the numbers are wrong. and I could not reach you.
Now my concern is that if you have such drivers how do we act in such situations? because they make a fast buck by treating us like this.
My daughter wants a bill for this trip which we are not in a position to get and we cannot claim the amount from the company.
why don’t you give a phone number where we can contact you in such situations.
I also have another problem.
Every time I take a cab from the airport the driver demands the money from me for paying the toll. one such situations he almost fraught with me at the toll gate and still I didn’t pay that 120 rs. as the fare is inclusive of toll. There are many people who pay off thinking that they have to pay the toll.I reported this to you in my mail last time but no response from you.
Please help all your customers by giving a contact number in case we have a problem.
