I am a user of OLA. But through a promo code I was getting rs 150 off on first ride. So I opted it for my next ride. I also earned 150 rs again for a freind referral.
I was quite happy but things turned when I had my first ride. Of course I got my discount in my first ride but I regretted using uber’s service because money is not everything.
Firstly, the drivers are not trained regarding the ettiquettes with customers. They even don’t know the route of the desination. I guided him the way. At the time of returning after I booked a cab I accicentaly disconnected the call. Now to my surprise I was not authorized to log in. Shocking! After trying for sometimes I called OLA.
On the way I mailed them. After few hours I got a reply to submit my photo and id. For what?
I don’t recommend uber to anyone. I don’t rely them anymore.
