I don’t know how to express my discontent with Uber was super excited when I downloaded the App as it appeared to be efficient . However the experience of USING it is completely opposite . When on 10th May I booked the Cab .
The driver ran away without taking us .then Uber deducted a charge for the same from me.then I was promised that the charges will be cancelled and money will be deposited .Nothing happened .because of which 2 days ago when I was in need of taxi .I could not book it as my paytm wallet wasn’t credited by Uber and I didn’t have sufficient balance.
Both the times Uber services have let me down.I wish I should have never downloaded the app
