Requested an Uber auto service this morning. Waited for five minutes. No response from the Uber even after five minutes. It was still searching and searching and could not connect me with any auto. Hence I could not confirm my booking. I have not confirmed my booking. Hence, I have not cancelled any trip. Still Uber has charged me a cancellation fee, which is uncalled for. On my complaint, the Uber has started preaching me ethics in customer relations.
