UBER the name itself bring different change in day to day transport. when I dont know about this app I used to book taxi by calling different taxi booking agents. its time consuming process and we need to follow-up time to time with either booking agency or driver. But UBER changed everything and made ride is a few clicks away. Once we select our location and destination in uber app it shows multiple cabs available from our location once we select the cab the cab driver will call us and in app it clearly shows where he is from our location through gprs mapping so we can easily know when he come to our location. The charges for rides are affordable, and infact it regularly comes with so many cost cutting offers. UBER in one or other way changed the transport problems to common man and it also created self employment to many people as cab drivers. I have observed these days some of UBER drivers rejects the trip so we need to choose another driver, few days back this is not the stuation once we select a cab he will surely come to our destination place. so uber management concentrate on it and make uber rides safe.
