When you are living in a metropolitan with very less public transport facilities and a hug e population, these cab services come to the rescue, uber is one of the cabs I can put my faith on, when in need.
Pros-
1.Time punctuality- the drivers accepting rides are in range and can be contacted easily.
2.Easily waive of cancellation charges- if you are incorrectly charged cancellation fee, you can easily go to the app and raise a request for the same, the amount gets credited to your account soon.
3.I have experienced good staffing behaviour with uber, the cab drivers are mostly friendly( exceptions persist everywhere) .
Cons-
1.Uber pool facility is slightly costlier than the ola share. For daily share cabs, Uber will cost you more.
2.Many times you may encounter cabs with no air conditioners and that irritates after a whole day at office and equal charges as of the A/C cabs.
3.Less availability of Uber pool services.
Eventually, this comes as a saviour when you don’t want to be pushed and pulled inside private or government buses or metros.
