Costly Service as I had o pay INR 500 for economy class cab only for 22 KM. I am using Uber from past 1 Year for my office travel. The Pool service is not upto the mark. Recently I was in Poll with a Guy but the person’s Pickup was around 4 KM away from the location we were going. Sometimes the driver is unable to track GPS. About my latest trip I booked the cab for my father. The driver(Manoj) did not appear on the location till we called him as if he was waiting for our call only. Once he reached he argued about the location. The trip was of 50 min and during that time he drove the car roughly. He even did not give us change when we paid him for INR 443. He asked for change only. I asked if we can Paytm he denied. So there is no support even I have complaint a lot of time to Uber help but I am sure that they will not take it seriously.
If there is negative ratings I will give uber for this trip.
