Really if someone doesn’t have a vehicle than they book the cab. but uber cab has higher charges normal person can’t afford it. Uber should decrease the charges that’s why I will never book the cab on uber. never come on time and customer service is very poor. The driver should be polite nature but Uber driver has an arrogance customer feel unsafe with it.
