Uber is continuosly expanding it’s business in India and more and more cab drivers are joing with uber but at the same time their are some faults in their system.
I am living in Chandigarh, India and being a college student I have to travel a lot and uber is the cab that I rely upon, but it had let me down a lot of times.
The reason I started using uber was because one of my friend reffered it to me and I also started using it, because it was cheaper then most of the cabs but a lot of instances happened with which finally stopped me from using uber.
The first instance when I was over charged on uber, was when I took a ride to sukhna lake and the estimated fare came to be rs 42 but when the ride ended the fare increased to rs 107 and I was amazed, I asked the driver to check the fare once again but he said that the fare is rs 107 I had no option but to pay the amount .
Again a incidence happened with one of my friend he was travelling from sd college to sector 45 the estimated fare came to be rs 40 but when the ride ended he was supposed to pay rs 70 again their was some error in uber’s server .
Even the Uber app takes a lot of time to load, which sometimes makes me feel that my phone is hanged but the same happens with all of my friends .
