Q.1 Why did you select this particular Tour Operator’s service?
Answer - It has been a well known Brand in Taxi App though it has been negative because of a Rape Case but as I am a Male I did not hesitate to use this service,
Q2. Describe the good and the bad aspects of this Tour Operator’s service?
Answer - Good # All Cabs I was able to found were Maruti Swift Dzire. Bad # 1- Tried Three times to Book but every time has to cancel it because of Driver’s. 2- Driver Tried to Fool Me by informing that I have cancelled its booking as He is not able to see me on GPS. However when I informed it that it is still working at my end then he asked me to Cancel it & Re-book his Cab, Besides this he forced me to not to select that Driver Asked to Cancel this Booking. But I did selected the reason that Driver asked me to cancel this booking & When I tried to re-book his cab then He was not on that map. 3- Third Driver was saying I am coming but on GPS his cab was moving in different directions & was not ready to answer my call. 4- All this wasted approx. 1 Hr 30 Minutes. It was an Exhausting Experience. 5- GUI of the App is not User Friendly & No Human Intervention over phone call for quick solution to users problems.
Q3. Would you recommend this Tour Operator? To whom?
Answer - Don’t Feel that I would recommend Uber to Someone with this Experience. Though Later While Coming Back I had a Good Experience with the Uber Booking but that was ratio of Bad - 3: Good 1. So Don’t this that I should recommend this to others.
