About the tour operator, I took a cab once and the driver was driving the cab recklessly. He use to just remove his hand off the steering wheel which is very dangerous. I was with my parents . Anyone of us could have got hurt.
Mostly the drivers do not the place we are at to pick us up. So forget about the travel guide. When we book an uber insted of them , we need to go searching for the cab.
The travel convenience is also not that good. Uber use to take in cheap cars. Due to which long journeys in those cars becomes very uncomfortable and in addition to that uber use to charge very high form the customers which is not at all preferable
