I am a frequent user of uber cab, they are always on time.The drivers are so polite, there first work is to make the passenger comfortable.Uber cabs company not provide the cab facilities for only earning I think it also has to create a positive relation between passenger, and they actually wants to make the passenger safe.Last week, I had to catch the train at 1 am, I am student so I don’t have other vehicle at that time.so I booked uber cab, at that time I was little scared to travel alone in the cab at midnight.But the uber cab driver told me to share the cab details to my family and me to turn on the location.After sometime I got comfort, by this way drivers makes my comfortable and safe, and I don’t think there is need of changement in uber cabs
