My office timings are from 9.30 a.m and usually I leave my house at 8.30 a.m. from Kandivali east, Thakur Village. These are usual working hours, however I am always unable to find a cab at this hour. The one’s which are available they charge 1.5-2.0 times the cost of your journey. This is absolutely absurd and uncalled. Uber clearly needs to understand if it wants to sustain itself in the market, availability of cabs at its cost price is a bare minimum requirement, which means it needs to increase its fleet size.
The cabs are easily available only between 11 a.m. to 6. p.m. They are loosing out a lot on the potential office going customers who do not wish to drive to work.
