Two days ago I booked an Uber Cab to reach to my brother’s house as I was told that this is cheapest cab service. It took me 20 minutes to convince my destination to the operator and again 30 minutes to the cab to arrive. The route that was shown in the mobile phone was unavailable as there was some road construction was going on. So the driver took alternate route which was longer than 4 km. As I know the city well, I told him about another route which was a short one but he refused to take it. After arguing with operator for about 10 minutes on the phone, my route was finalized but he asked me to pay for the longer route. I denied and have take another cab, all this made me appear to function an hour late.
