I had traveled in uber in the metros and my experience has been good but some days ago I booked uber in lucknow(UP) and believe me I can never think of booking uber cabs again.
Just after the booking confirmation the uber app was showing arrival of cab within 6 minutes but it didn’t arrived for almost 1 hour and I had to pick an auto. This was not the end as I again booked uber on the same day to reach charbagh bus stand but within some time the driver called me and told that he wouldn’t go to charbagh bus stand.
I can conclude based upon my experience that atleast within Uttar Pradesh uber genuinely needs to improve their services as they are very bad.
