I got to know about Uber from a friend of mine and thought of availing the free ride first and experience the service. I was pretty impressed by the service and hence continued availing the operator services. The best part with Uber is the cabs are pretty available anytime. The cabs are new and clean. Fare is cheaper than any other cab operator.
The only bad aspect I have faced at times is the drivers are not well versed with the GPS system and takes time to select a drop location and hence delay in service. I have faced this issue only once, so that can be kept aside. I am frequent user of Uber and have had a decent experience so far. I would recommend others to try the Uber services and you will not be disappointed.
