I lives in Nashik Maharashtra. In my city Uber services are available. But when we find for ride specially for auto rickshaw it have less Availability.
The app can find nearby drivers but after 10-15 minutes it fails and unable to find driver for ride.
If I tell about my city the charges of Uber is less than other companies.
The major issue is about Availability of cab and auto rickshaw. If you trying 4-5 times to find ride you waste your half hour and by luck your ride is book.
Other thing is after booking of ride driver ask on phone where to go and then they decide go on destination or not.
After ride booking driver ask for cash payment. Most drivers are preferred cash payment only. Company need to attend that problems.
