Uber is best among others when it comes to app based cabs. Whenever I book a cab using uber, a neat and clean cab arrives on time.
Availability was never a issue with uber, cabs are available almost every time. Their pricing is also good, they have the lowest fare.
Though sometimes they increase their fare to double and sometimes even more than that during peak hours and high demand. They should work on this for customers benefit. They are getting good competition from ola, but personally I prefer uber. Different payment options are also there, you can even pay in cash in some cities.
