I have been using uner cab for last three years. For the first time when uber cab arrived its services was fine and we were happy with that.at that time we were also getting a geat offers for booking the cab. but as time passes their services are getting worse and worse. Now a days we don’t get any such kind of offers which is very bad. The most annoying part is that the uber driver’s behaviour ! Now a days tje uber driver do not receive our pick up request if they are a little far from our pick-up location. But earlier they used to receive. And if they received many times they came very late. But if some how we are a minute late they take extra charge for this. I want to question to uber why this is so? why? Once I was a minute late and they demand 30 rupees extra charge for this and had to pay. Sometimes they also become angry if we aske them to switch on the AC.
It was in the year 2017 at morning time and I had JEE mains exam so I planed that I will book uber and to go to the exam centre. So I book one and they received the pick up request and told me that they are far away and asked me to book another. What is this? If you are far away then why you received the request. And I tried three and had the same answer.
And another disgusting system of Uber is that sometimes they fixed the price at 2x and 3x. Why?
