I have been using uber from quite a few time n had a good experience all the time except for some exceptions when drivers were unprofessional n didnt know how to talk to anyone. .
They provide good quality and class cars .
Booking also isn’t much of headache unlike other apps as it’s app shows real time position of cabs n do not need to call the driver to tell ir position as in uber the drivers come to the pointer location which u set as pick up point in the app while booking.
So its quite good
