My father had to go to catch up train from hazzrat nizamuddin railway station, new delhi, so I decided to book an Uber cab early in the morning at 8 am. My booking was confirmed and at 7: 45 I received a call from the cab driver that he was at Maya puri and he couldn’t come to my home in janakpuri, so I should book some other cab. Hr stated some foolish reasons that I didn’t clearly mentioned my address which I did very clearly. Don’t know why he did like that.
Also I complained this incident to Uber for which they apologized but it didn’t do my work as my father had to take up an Auto for the ride. It was such an irresponsible behavior from uber and driver.
