I had a train today at 11:45 PM from Bandra terminus and everything was well planned.
I scheduled Uber Black around 10:19 and got the confirmation that driver has been assigned and driver will reach between 10:30 & 10:45.
Driver did not show up at 10:45. MAP is acting wired Driver’s car is not moving and I assumed it was be nice to call up the driver and get the update.
I called up driver 5 to 6 times between 10:45 to 11:00 PM and there was no response from him. After 11:00 PM he turned his phone off and now I have no idea if driver is going to come and pick us up!
Now explain me few things here.
Because of UBER Idiots I lost my 7K and my entire trip. Now who’s gonna pay for that?( Let me guess, UBER’s sorry email and refund of 150?)
I don’t care what kind of amatuers UBER hiring. At least if driver would have called me and informed me xyz reason. I would have tried the local taxi or some different option.
I would really advise if you have something really important then please don’t rely on UBER.
I think UBER is hiring amatuers now.
