I have used UBER cabs services in Delhi many times.
Although it’s a international brand company.
But frankly speaking my experience with UBER IS NOT SATISFACTORY.
If I compare UBER with Ola cabs, it’s way behind.
I agree that price margin is less at UBER but services are not great. Number of UBER cabs are less than OLA.
Although UBER services are better at night times.
Drivers connected to UBER should be more knowledgeable and updated.
Once in my case one driver of UBER was not able to find the way as he was not an expert in following navigation map which company proves to them.
And most of the time UBER CAB took long time to reach your location to pick you up.
Apart from these points UBER services are satisfying and CAN DO BETTER.
I personally used UBER services in NEW DELHI, NVR, so not aware about other places in India.
