They have expanded aggresively in the past couple of years in India. Their most popular ride is Uber pool. It is pocket friendly indeed.
The issue arises seldom with the billing. The fare is displayed prior to starting the trip but sometimes if they are not able to match you with other riders you are billed as ubergo.
This is irritating. They do refund you, but not in cash nor in wallet but as uber credit which forces you to take another ride with them.
Just be careful when you board your next uberpool. Apart from that no major issues I can write of that I experienced .
