Uber company is now-a-days growing fastly but the company is not providing good services to its customers.Uber is available in Guwahati city only whenever I went to Guwahati for some work due to huge traffic I can’t afford to go by bus so I decided to use Uber by seeing its add on Televisions, newspaper and in social media.
The First ride I used in uber was decent one they give me off littlebit but after the first ride they started to charge more money and the drivers behaviours was not that good.According to them the reason behind their price hiking was the demand of the customers, whenever the demand of the uber cab increases the charge also increases.So if you ask me whether to use uber cab or not I will genuienely say "No".
