Uber cab is the best cab service in India. In respect of price per kilometer, Uber is cheaper than its competitors. They always make sure the interior and the exterior of their cabs are always perfect and well maintained.
The cars they provide to their customers are very good means they provide different types of car like SUV, MUV, Sedan anf Hatchback. Other taxi/cab providers doesnt provide SUV and MUV. Sometimes in peak hours, their pricing goes up till 2.1 times, but still in peak time also Uber will charge less than its competitors.
Few times, Uber deducted money from my account, but it returned back within 15mins, after mailing them about the problem. So their customer service is good. I will suggest everyone to use Uber.
