I am using ola from many years but one day I heard from my friend that uber is giving 250rs free ride to its new user.so I thought lets go for a ride, i tried to book a cab on their crappy app .it is showing me surge price of(3.1x).still I need the cab urgently so I hit the arrow button to book a cab and one msg came to me that I don’t have a valid payment option
I already verified my paytm wallet with my uber account but still getting this kind of msg really pisses me off
I send my complain to uber customer care and still waiting for there reply, it’s been a month
