Uber India is a cheater service provider.I am describing you their tricks. 6-7 month back once I got a message from uber that you can book cab only in 40/- and you can avail cab service in Gurgaon city on weekends. I booked a cab and take a ride at then end they charged 85/- rupees.I asked driver why should I pay 85 Rs in spite of 40 while this ride is in Gurgaon. Driver replied sir this is system generated price we can’t do any help you can contact customer service abd can raise a complaint. I paid 85 and contacted their service executive they said sir sorry we will transfer your ammount in your uber wallet don’t worry.They transferred 45/- rs in my uber wallet. And fact is you can use ur uber wallet money for nothing except uber ride. And it happens 3 times then I Uninstall uber.
Today there was an emergency so again I tried that uber India 2 drivers denied to serve they were saying they are too far from my location but according to my map they were closer. Finally after 30 minutes of search one driver from uber agreed for service. They penalised for no mistake and at the end of journey you can’t argue with driver and they will refund in ur wallet which u can use only in uber ride. Its just funny. How they can be smart. Worse service including driver customer care and application interface too.
