I’m writing this review after waiting months together to get problem is resolved. But, still problem is not solved. Let me share my experience,
From last 6 months I was getting issues while booking the cab, Please contact customer service. I use to contact them for solving the issue. Looks ok to me.
Again two months before, I got same kind of issue, But till now they are dragging the issue like any thing, they are telling some issue in your account, we are looking into it. I think by this time we could have solve the issue with satellite also, this is just a software where they can reset the account in seconds.
And most disgusting thing is, they don’t tell us why it is suspended. They them selfs telling reasons are Unknown. This is very bad.
