I took a ride on uber sonme months ago and I was about to travel around 4 kms. So ut showed me a nominal charge of 50 Rupees. I took the cab but now comes the main lead to the incident, the driver. He sked where my location is and I told him about it and then I don’t know what came onto him he was just not avle to reach my location anyhow and was going rounds and rounds and he once crossed me also but didn’t thought about giving a look to its map that was just displaying my location. I didn’t have the option to cancel the cab as no other cabs were around, so after 45-50 minutes he came to pick me up but I was in a good mood that day I didn’t say anything but when I boarded off I was charged 120 Rupees which is around 2.5 times more thn the time I booked and when I asked tge driver about it he said that there might be a surge time that’s why the fare got higher than expected. Now who is the faulter here? The cab driver or Uber. I recommend strongly to all of you that please look out for these things while boarding a cab.
