This is my honest review regarding UBER taxi service.I have travelled multiple times on UBER cars.So this is my experience including all the rides.
Firstly , fair increases in between working hours.Besides, when the demand is more, fair becomes twice or thrice.Specially at the morning or evening.Once I was to attend an examination at 7: 00 in guwahati.It was early morning so there were limited local busses.Thats why I ordered an UBER.It charged me 495.But the fact is that when I returned I came to know that the bus fair was only 10 rs for the same route. All drivers are not same.There are some drivers who drives recklessly and they don’t even care about the passengers.
This has happened to me multiple times.The price suddenly increases on the display, whenever the ride completes.I got shocked how actually that had happened like a magic.
Sometimes, the drivers don’t know the places very well.In a metro city like guwahati, the drivers itself are confused.I have encountered these situations so many times. Coming to the good things: Uber cars are comfortable and cars are neat and clean.some drivers are so friedly and they serves their customers very well.
I am a regular customer of uber.They gift free rides or gift big discounts.
